The host was very friendly, but because of the language barrier I’m not 100% sure what I said; it seemed they didn’t know we had booked. Luckily the restaurant was open and there were people ready to welcome us, yet when we arrived they were surprised and spent several minutes searching for our details. In the end everything went smoothly.

The woman in charge worked hard and no one assisted her; the rooms were fine, the hotel itself was nice, and the location was good. We needed a place to sleep and this place had beds. However, we couldn’t sleep at all because the people in the room next to us were partying all night, no staff were working at the hotel at night, the caretaker didn’t answer the phone, there was no local police on duty, and none of the other guests dared confront the partygoers. It was a nightmare.

Under the bed there were dust balls and papers. They didn’t give us toilet paper, there was no Wi‑Fi, and the dust mites ate us whole while we slept. However, the first impression was completely different because the front‑of‑house cleaning was well done and the beds were made perfectly.
