We really liked everything; the host was always in touch, answered every question, and was a very sweet girl. The apartments were very clean, right in the center of Verona, and the check‑in instructions were clear.

The location is ideal for walking tours, with a direct bus to the station at the building’s foot. The cleaning lady was friendly, and the hostess was responsive (reachable only online). The room access required three levels of codes, the room was small, and there was noise from the external AC.

I was right in the heart of the city, the room was clean and welcoming, but the air‑conditioner was positioned right above my bed, which was a bit annoying.
