Check‑in was smooth and the front desk staff remained friendly throughout. I liked that they took time to answer my questions instead of giving brief replies. The only improvement would be clearer information about the hotel’s facilities.

The staff were probably the most memorable part of my stay: housekeeping kept things tidy, the restaurant team was welcoming, and reception patiently answered my questions. There were a few moments when communication took longer than I expected, but nothing serious.

The location is very good and the staff very pleasant, but the window overlooking a wall is quite disturbing. I didn’t like the breakfast very much.

I appreciated the friendly attitude from the kitchen staff in the morning. They were attentive without constantly interrupting guests. Breakfast service became a little slower when the dining area was busy, but overall I enjoyed the experience
