I had a great time at this hotel thanks to the extremely friendly and helpful staff. However, the billing process was a bit of a nightmare, as it took an inordinate amount of time to receive my invoice despite multiple follow-ups with the booking platform. To make matters worse, the phone number listed on the platform for contacting the hotel was not functional. Despite these issues, the staff's kindness made up for it.

I was quite disappointed when I found out that my room had been sold to someone else, which made my stay quite inconvenient. The hotel staff seemed to be handling the situation well, but it was a bit of a hassle. The room itself was nice, but the experience was marred by this initial issue. Overall, it was a decent stay, but I had higher expectations.

The hotel's location was perfect, being close to the city center and with ample parking available. However, the breakfast options could have been more varied, and the shower in my room had a very slow flow rate, which was somewhat inconvenient. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but there were a few areas for improvement.
