The spot is fantastic, cozy, and feels upscale; the staff are wonderful, always kind, welcoming, and helpful, giving it a family‑like vibe rather than a hotel; everything is spotless and tastefully designed, the view from the room is stunning, and the location is spot‑on for the Dolomites, though the price leans toward the higher side.

“A very special stay”

The location is perfect, the staff are warm and helpful, and the rooms are great; the spa is a welcome relief after a long day of hiking, and I can’t recommend it enough, even though leaving was a bit sad.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had such a wonderful stay here and honestly couldn’t fault it! Everything was perfect from start to finish, and the hotel made our time in the Dolomites even more enjoyable. A special mention to the two reception staff who were absolutely brilliant. Unfortunately, we didn’t get their names, but they were both so friendly, helpful and genuinely went above and beyond for us. They helped us work out hiking routes, gave us loads of useful information about the area and were always happy to help with anything we needed. The hotel itself was lovely, the location was perfect and the whole stay was exactly what we hoped for. After some very busy days exploring and hiking, it was the perfect place to come back to. We would absolutely stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it. Thank you for making our stay so special! 🤍🏔️
