The location is great, right in Batumi Old Town near the Alphabet Tower and everything else. For the price, we were lucky to snag availability in Batumi. Nothing bad at all; the room was decent for the cost, the shower was nice, and overall everything room‑related was OK.

Clean and spacious apartment. There’s a small kitchen annex outside the apartment for those who need it. All fine, just a thought—maybe renovate the floor in the room in the near future?

Батуми-чудесен!! Квартира расположена идеально, тихая улочка, огороженная домовая территория, до моря -6-7 мин пешком. До всех главных площадей и памятников Батуми -не больше 15 мин пешком. Хозяин очень гостеприимный, доброжелательный, быстро выполнял наши просьбы. В номере чисто, уютно, несмотря на большую площадь - около 40м2. Жаль, что не было плиты на кухне, но это было оговорено в описании номера, которое не все читают🙂. Если получится еще быть в Батуми, знаем где остановиться!
