“Worst Experience”

Nothing, except the staff was somewhat helpful sometimes regarding asking him for routes and all. The cleanliness, the facilities, and the location. 1) Cleanliness - no clean beds, stained sheets and pillows, bathroom door bolt broken, AC not cooling at all, cockroaches all around the room. 2) Facilities: No AC cooling at all, Wi-Fi was average, bathroom water not available at night on Day 1, frequent load shedding, had to sleep in the dark without a fan or AC on Day 1 midnight - early morning. 3) Location - beside a highway where there aren't many options of shops. Only one at the opposite. And they didn't even try to sort the issues

The room assigned to us had probably not been cleaned for weeks – every surface was dust‑covered, the bed sheets were dirty, stained and torn, the bathroom was filthy and broken, and roaches and other insects were crawling everywhere, even on the bed. Because it was already late and we were new to the city, we had no choice but to spend the night there without any sleep or rest. The next morning we checked out, wandered around the city for several hours, and finally found another place to stay. It was an extremely disappointing and traumatizing experience for me and my son. We stayed only one night and checked out the next morning. The property is nowhere close to its online photos and should be delisted.

“In nut shell I regretted to book this hotel and that too comes from booking.com”

The hotel was a little out on the outskirts of the main city, which was okay, but I felt completely cheated. The place was in a complete mess, rooms were in bad condition, beds and pillow covers were not changed and were dirty with stains. The room felt clumsy, lacking taste and appeal. I was also totally disappointed by the bathroom: the pot was stained and dirty, condoms were lying in it, the floor was filthy, buckets and mugs were utterly dirty and gave a vomiting feeling. Cockroaches were running in the bathroom as well.
