The facility is great, the staff were great and the food was good, but as a Jubilado I was supposed to get 25 % off on my meals and after checking the bill I saw they only gave me 15 % off. Why???

Very attentive staff. The resort itself was amazing, but the shower heads need a bit of maintenance.

The customer service was spectacular.

The service was magnificent and the facilities were better than in the photos, but the pool water was excessively hot.

The food is good, the facilities are also good, pleasant day and night with beach access, but the road to get there is gravel, not paved; it’s a bit uncomfortable and takes a relatively long time to drive smoothly over the terrain, although any car can reach it without problems.
