Marrakech Riads, NL Collection

Friendly staff, thanks to Suffian and Mohammed. The problem was that the place listed on the site turned out to be different from where our room actually ended up, and someone had to photograph our passports, which violated our privacy.

“Go! You won’t be disappointed.”

Everything about the Signature hotel was amazing. I initially went to the second location (which looked equally great) and was guided to the correct one. Reception staff especially Walid were so kind, helpful and accommodating. True to the famous Moroccan hospitality they answered all of my questions, showed me key sightseeing locations, and made sure that I am well looked after. I also had a brief exchange with the Manager and she was very helpful as well. Breakfast was very good, and the massage and spa facilities were top notch

“Tutto perfetto”

Il Riad è posizionato in una zona della medina molto tranquilla e silenziosa, una volta entrati si è un oasi di relax e benessere, lo staff è davvero gentile e disponibile, ti accolgono e ti seguono con cura, Soleiman, Zakaria e Mohammed hanno gestito il nostro soggiorno alla perfezione accertandosi sempre che tutto fosse ok. L'hammam è stato fantastico, le ragazze bravissime. La camera totalmente caratteristica con affaccio diretto alla piscina era molto bella e non abbiamo mai sentito schiamazzi o confusione, il letto comodissimo abbiamo dormito davvero bene.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, largely thanks to the fantastic service at the front desk. The gentleman at reception was welcoming, professional, and helpful throughout. The riad is clean, perfectly located, and the rooftop is very beautiful.

“Värt varenda krona. Otroligt fin Riad i hjärtat av Marrakesh.”

The staff were incredibly warm and friendly. The riad was stunningly beautiful. I would give it 11 out of 10 if possible.
