There was an issue with hot water. Everything else was good.
The rooms were spacious and the beds comfortable, but the basic necessities were missing: hot water in the washroom never came on, the shower was broken, and the AC room had no remote, turning it into a non‑AC room.
The hospitality was nice, the staff behaved wonderfully and provided great support, and overall everything was good.
Everything was great, from the positives to the negatives.
“Excellent Hotel by location and price”
The hotel’s location is extremely nice, just a short walk from the ISBT bus stand, and the rates are very low for the quality and standards offered; the manager was exceptionally friendly, making the stay truly excellent, with nothing to complain about.
