We were able to get a new room right away when the first one didn’t suit us. We were allowed to use a space to make a call.

Very close to the Pisa tower, a half‑block away, excellent location 👌 The breakfast was varied.

The windows were stuck because the fixed fly screen prevented opening, so I couldn't see out of the room.
