The friendliness and cordiality of the owners/manager, the quiet village, the good location near the beautiful Santo Stefano di Sessanio and Rocca Calascio, Wi‑Fi present and working well, and a nice breakfast on the outdoor tables in the bar attached to the property. The apartment was nice and comfortable but really basic – it lacked soap and a TV, which we were fine without, but in a very quiet village with few evening attractions it could fill a bit of the void.
