“You should include breakfast and Hotel in wrong location. Very scary!”

I paid for a suite but breakfast wasn’t included, which was annoying. The location was awful – the street was dirty and didn’t feel safe, so I’d rather stay elsewhere.

I loved the spot, just a stone’s throw from the train station and the airport bus stop. The hotel felt secure, and the front desk was open 24 hours.

“First location of many in Italy - hotel great, the city of Naples (or the area we saw) not so great”

The breakfast was great, and the room was superb with a jacuzzi bath, dressing gowns and a mini‑bar. It’s close to the railway station, but the side street it’s on looks rough.

Every day fresh towels, new sheets regularly, good air‑conditioning, and breakfast was decent. We found a cockroach in the bathroom on several consecutive days. We weren’t moved to another room – the hotel was fully booked – even though the website said a room was still available. The front‑desk staff showed no empathy, and the way they handled the complaint was disheartening.

Great location, rooms were new extremely clean, modern and spacious ! Beds were comfortable too
