The location is great, with several shops nearby, parks, and train stations. What I didn’t like at all was the breakfast, not the food itself but the staff. The utensils, cups, and plates weren’t ready, so the staff kept coming back to restock them, which was stressful. Also, because they were very busy, the staff weren’t very friendly.

The rooms were spotless and the breakfast service was solid. The staff could have been more attentive during breakfast.

The spot is great, just a stone's throw from the Moneda metro. The facilities, however, left a lot to be desired.

The location and façade were excellent, and the building felt safe thanks to restricted access. The staff were friendly and attentive, making it a good stopover. The downside was the room we got—next to the staff laundry room, so the dryer was audible. The beds were comfortable, but the sheets were a bit dirty and the shower was unclean. Natural light was scarce, and the main door lock felt somewhat unstable.

The location is central. It was disappointing that there was no hair dryer and the breakfasts never changed—staying several days and eating the same thing gets boring.
