Guests enjoy a pool with scenic views, a kitchenette, yoga classes, and on‑site barbecue. The farm features a minimarket, children’s playground, bicycle parking, and hairdresser. Located 28 km from Livorno Port and 30 km from Pisa Airport, it provides easy access to Piazza dei Miracoli and the Leaning Tower of Pisa.

My wife, our two sons (9 and 11) and I spent two pleasant, relaxing days at this beautiful place. It’s a bit remote, very quiet, right in the green; the drive ends on a slightly bumpy gravel road, which means the few cars that pass go slowly. Andrea is the perfect host, served us excellent breakfast, and shared his passion for olives with a lot of knowledge. I can’t say enough—will definitely return.

Andrea greeted us very warmly and the communication was super fast from the start. Breakfast was Italian (espresso and cookies). We also got an olive‑oil tasting, which was very good, along with delicious food and wine. The location is dreamy and very quiet. The access road has a pothole on the last kilometre (but the owner can’t do anything about it). Unfortunately, the pool was only usable for the apartment, which we didn’t know; we would have liked to use it in the heat.

The place is very nice, the room is a small apartment with a terrace, everything is simple and handy. We all dined together in the garden, ate well, and chatted for a lovely evening. Nothing to add about Andrea and Alessandra, they’re perfect. The place delivers on its promise; it was a beautiful first night of vacation for us. I must say that with the summer temperatures, you can’t avoid turning on the air‑conditioning—or at least the ceiling fans. I suffered a lot at night.
