The neighborhood was great, but the room lacked a small fridge, a water heater, and air conditioning, and there were no blinds so we had to leave the windows open and then it rained. I suspect a cleaner might have dropped my makeup on the floor while cleaning the bathroom, which would be a hygiene concern. The shower door was broken, the bathroom didn’t ventilate well, and the pipes had a bad smell.

The location near Lanxes Arena was excellent, but the room was filthy, the shower moldy, the toilet very dirty, the toilet lid wobbling and broken, the bathroom radiator rusty and dirty, the carpet soiled, the mirror shattered and taped, breakfast unappealing and not chilled, with hardly any options and definitely not worth 20 € per person. The parking was cramped, only suitable for small cars, and 19,50 € was far too expensive. All in all, a night with a child, parking, and breakfast cost 227 € and was definitely overpriced.

The location was fine, but the curtain rail in our room was partially detached from the ceiling and bent, apparently unnoticed during room preparation. The beds felt a bit soft, with a hollow in the mattress.

The staff and location were good, yet the rooms were very run down. For 130 € per night I expected the furniture to be intact and the lights to work. Also, not being able to get a coffee in the afternoon felt outdated. Overall, I wouldn’t book this hotel again.
