The bed was very comfortable, but a dead cockroach was found in our room upon arrival and the pool was dirty, making it impossible to swim. The bathroom was also filthy, full of limescale and had not been cleaned.

The place is incredibly quiet, calm, and the atmosphere is simply fantastic! The house is cozy and wooden. The hosts are very caring. You can cool off in the pool during the tropical heat, and there is a dog with three adorable puppies that my daughter enjoyed playing with. There is a safe courtyard where the child can play and learn. A construction site nearby wakes you up, but you still need to get up early so as not to miss breakfast. When the hosts work during the day they play loud music, but it doesn’t last long, and you can go to the store right after.

The reception staff are extremely friendly and helpful at all hours, which makes the stay very pleasant! We highly recommend this place. The common areas are very nice, especially the pool. Small dogs are also present, adding even more charm to the location. The breakfast is very good and plentiful. Everything was very clean. Thank you for this stay; we will return!

Very nice hotel. The administrator speaks English, so communication was no problem. The room was clean and everything worked properly.

The quietness of the neighborhood, somewhat off‑center and popular, is appreciated by those who want to stay away from motorcycle tourist crowds. The breakfast could be less Western and more Vietnamese.
