The customer service was creative. The hotel décor is somewhat worn, so it isn’t luxurious.

The room was clean, comfortable, nice, and large. The swimming pool wasn’t working on Friday because it was a “day off,” which was an unbelievable excuse for a hotel.

The spot was spot‑on, but it wasn’t as spotless as I’d hoped; I spotted a small cockroach hopping over the pillows just before I checked out.

The reception was solid, and there were no complaints.

The location fit the event perfectly, but the reception staff were unprofessional, handed me a terrible suite on the smokers’ floor without waiting for me, even though the suite had been reserved for over three weeks.
