Grand Bay Hotel Chengdu

“Possibly the best quality, service, and value I've seen”

The hotel exudes a sophisticated, luxurious vibe from the moment you step in, and the staff are incredibly attentive and helpful—probably the best service I've ever seen. Butler Leon handled every request swiftly and was easy to reach. The bedding was very comfortable, the air‑conditioning units were quiet, and the bathroom was spacious, modern, and spotless, with surprisingly high‑quality toiletries. I was very, very satisfied and would recommend it to anyone. The location was a bit farther from downtown than ideal, but the hotel sits in a clean, modern, family‑friendly area with easy access to nearby malls, and the quality of the hotel more than justifies the extra couple of minutes.

This hotel in Chengdu is definitely one of the best I've stayed at - the rooms are modern and spacious, and the breakfast is top-notch. Unfortunately, we were just passing through on our way to Yunnan, so we didn't get to try out all the hotel has to offer. Still, it was great to experience the hotel's comfort and convenience, even if only for a short stay.

“Un'esperienza che vorro' ripetere”

The breakfast here is amazing, with a huge selection of Chinese and international food that's really high-quality and abundant. The location is also super convenient, right near the metro stop and all the services you need. I was really impressed with the hotel overall, especially compared to some big international hotels I've stayed at before.

“非常棒的体验”

I slept really well in my room - the bed was comfy and the curtains were great at blocking out light. The room also came with a cool vinyl record player and a good selection of records. The breakfast was delicious and had a lot of variety, and the dining area had a nice view. I'm definitely coming back here.

“环境好，服务好”

The hotel is located right next to the Faranda shopping center, which is super convenient. The room was designed simply but nicely, and the bathroom products were nice and fragrant. I loved the vinyl record player at the entrance - it added a fun touch to the stay. The room was also smart and easy to control with the pad, and the concierge service made me feel right at home. Overall, it was a really great stay.
