The staff were friendly, the room was clean and the design modern, but the TV was blacked out; when we called for help they only said it might be a technical issue and offered no fix, so the remote didn’t change colors and the screen stayed unviewable, which made for a weird, quiet night. It would have helped if someone had addressed the TV problem quickly instead of seeming indifferent, especially since we were traveling for a medical appointment and needed a distraction.
