There was no breakfast because it’s self‑catering, something that wasn’t obvious from the booking description. A Spar shop is nearby. As Europeans, we found it odd that this property has a remote‑controlled gate and parking inside the gate. The kitchen was well equipped, the room had a TV and air‑conditioning, and the value for money was good. I understand the safety concern, but I’m not impressed with a steel gate in front of the front door, as it would make escaping during a fire much harder.

The rooms are exquisite, the staff are very friendly and welcoming, and we had a great time with my family, though I wish the linen could be changed daily.
