This place really fell short for me. The cleaning was subpar, the service was unhelpful, and the bed was pretty uncomfortable. I'd advise others to steer clear.

The hotel's location is a major plus, but unfortunately, the room itself was a letdown. The washroom was clean, and the TV worked, but the room had a weird smell and no window to speak of.

I was initially frustrated when my reservation got cancelled without warning, but the staff did their best to find me an alternative. That's a big plus in my book.
