The location in the city is excellent, close to the opera, restaurants, bars, and a shopping street; the room on the 4th floor is well equipped and the bed is very good, but the room could have been a bit larger.

The location was good and the bed comfortable, and the front desk staff were very nice, but the hotel isn’t 4‑star and needs walls repainted; towels are thin, we had a bath while the picture showed a walk‑in shower, which wasn’t ideal for our mobility issues. The corridors are dark, and the whole hotel feels like it lets the Soho Hotel Group down compared to other properties we’ve stayed at, which far exceed this one.

The location and staff are very pleasant, but the bathroom could use a refresh; it’s hard to adjust the hot/cold water during showers.

The place sits right next to Callao metro station and Gran Vía, and Puerta del Sol is a 10‑minute walk away. Getting to and from the airport takes 45 minutes by train and costs only €2.60 each way. The room itself was nice but clearly worn out; the bathtub plug was missing and the front desk offered only an apology with no fix. The breakfast buffet cost €17 per person, which feels pricey compared to other spots nearby that serve a Spanish breakfast for far less.
