The breakfast was amazing! However, I paid a hefty extra for a balcony room, only to find myself sharing that balcony with others. If I shell out 100€ more for a balcony room, I expect it to be mine, and I shouldn’t have to worry about neighbors peeking in through the door or making noise. I paid extra for privacy, yet I didn’t get it. I don’t plan on returning.

Almost everything is great—just look out and you can hear the cows. The food is excellent, and the staff are courteous.

The location is perfect, and the breakfast is the best I’ve ever had—croissants beat those in Paris.

The view, room cleanliness, and spaciousness were good. They swapped my room for one that didn’t match the photos, the dining area was full of flies, and while some staff were helpful and friendly, others seemed indifferent to guests and behaved poorly. When I pointed out that the room didn’t match the pictures, they told me, “take it or leave and get your money back, then contact Booking.” I had to accept it because there were no better options nearby. I can’t understand why they said I’d get other rooms if it’s not the season, and when I asked for a different room, they claimed the hotel was fully booked with no vacancies.
