The hotel was very nice, centrally located, with very friendly service. The pool was excellent.

The hotel was really close to everything in the city centre, less than two minutes from the central station. The indoor pool and sauna were highly appreciated, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful with our requests. There was nothing negative to mention; it was very good value for money.

The location is very good, but we booked three rooms and one of them was supposed to accommodate three people. Our flight was delayed and we arrived at the hotel around 2:00 am. At check‑in I asked the staff that one room was for three people; he said “YES.” The next morning the occupants of that room told me they only had two beds. When I asked why they hadn’t called the front desk, they said it was too late and their English was not very good, and they didn’t want to waste time dealing with the front desk. I asked the hotel staff why we hadn’t been given a room for three people; she said we should have called the front desk, and that was our problem. We paid more than $600 a night for that room, and the hotel should have prepared a room for our stay.
