Everything was fine overall. The only issue was that shampoo was missing and the shower gel almost didn’t arrive during my stay.

The hotel sits very close to the Roman aqueduct. The city center is 1 Km away, but it’s easy to reach by following the aqueduct. You can park your car nearby. The room was good, though not very large, and comfortable. I enjoyed my stay.

“Bon rapport qualité prix dommage pr l invasion de fourmis”

The location and price were good. Ants were in the rooms, and one complaint was not handled by the hotel via WhatsApp; I had to send the complaint directly to the hotel group to get a response and compensation.

“Prima verblijf voor 1 nacht”

I liked the clean, complete room and the shared space with a fridge and coffee machine (you have to buy your own cups). The check‑in didn’t go smoothly; I never got a code to self‑check, tried calling but wasn’t answered. After a while, I got online contact and the codes, but they turned out to be wrong. Maria, who runs the property during the day, fixed it for us brilliantly.

Everything was great. The only hiccup was the receptionist who spoke little Spanish, so I had to get help from a gas station staff member to translate. Everything else was super clean, the room was gorgeous, and I recommend it.
