The place was just acceptable; the cleanliness didn’t meet expectations, there was no spare towel, and the pillow felt very worn out.

The reception never answered the phone, there were no towels, and the bathrooms didn’t have slippers.

The mattress was uneven—front sagging, back a bit higher—lighting was dim, the TV was broken and had no remote even after trying to fix it, the sink cover was missing, the carpet needed a deep clean, and workers walked into rooms barefoot.
