“COMPLACIDO.”
I like the friendly treatment from the staff, the restaurant food is excellent, and the facilities and green areas are great. All excellent. What I don’t like is the street that leads to the hotel, which is in bad condition.
The room and the staff’s attention were good. Everything else was fine.

The facilities, rooms and pool were good. The restaurant’s price and access were the only issues.
We were warmly welcomed. The staff gave us great advice and showed us everything. The property was very nice and had everything you need. I would come back again. Nothing to add.
The place, the pool, and its surroundings were lovely. The waitress, as you say in Latin America, was a gem: she recommended places to visit (Playa Teresita, Playa Carmen) and how to avoid getting too much ballast on the run. All in all, a delight.
