The only good thing was its proximity to Amala Hospital. The property was extremely disappointing: the room was full of spider webs and dust, the bedsheets hadn’t been changed—multiple hairs on the pillow and a mildew smell—plus a strong, muggy, musty odor throughout. I asked for a room change, but the second room’s door was covered in spider webs, frightening me to enter. A third room was eventually given, but it was clear all rooms were in the same terrible condition. Overall, a very unpleasant and unhygienic experience, not worth the stay.

The rooms were clean, with a refrigerator, cloakroom, and tidy toilets and floors. However, better bedding, blankets, and covers should have been provided.

The room was huge and super comfy – one of the best we’ve had on our Kerala trip. It sits on the road to Guruvayoor and has a pure veg restaurant downstairs with great food. The only drawback is the lack of an elevator, so bringing parents up is a hassle, and it’s about 7‑8 km from Thrissur city; getting to the center takes roughly 20‑25 minutes, so you’ll need to rely on autos (a bit pricey) or buses. Aside from that, everything else was fine.

I spent a weekend here and was genuinely impressed. The room was immaculately clean, modern, and had a cozy feel; the bed was so comfortable I slept better than at home. The ground‑floor vegetarian restaurant served a wide variety of dishes, all tasty, so food worries vanished. Plus, there’s an EV charging station in the parking lot that let me charge my car without any hassle. No complaints – great value for money.
