The breakfast was good, but the location and cleanliness were not.

The room was spacious enough to unpack everything I had, and it was relatively clean. I could borrow a hair dryer from the front desk without any trouble, and the fan kept the room warm at night. Unfortunately, the towels were definitely in need of replacement – they were heavily worn. The street side of the room was also quite noisy, especially at night. The biggest issue was the hot water: out of five showers, I only managed to get hot water twice, and that only after a long wait. In the other cases, the water stayed cold even after waiting. This definitely needs improvement, as access to hot water is a basic standard.

The room was large and comfortable with an excellent shower. The staff were friendly and the location was fabulous.
