Everything was fantastic, hard to pick the best part; thanks to Amaan who discreetly followed us and especially when needed, and to the management for special treatment; we will definitely return and have a piece of heart on this beautiful island.

The staff were friendly and kind, especially Sid and Parvez who handled my room; the room was spacious and clean and had bicycles; lunch was a good buffet, and dinner had many restaurants (the clientele was about 80% European, especially Russian, 20% Chinese, no Japanese). However, the seaplane schedule that was verbally advised should have been communicated by the evening the day before, as per the original message; although it couldn't be fixed, a message should have been sent to ease guests.

Everything about our stay was amazing; the staff were wonderful and attentive. Sid and Yulia were incredibly kind, responsive, helpful, answered all our questions, gave advice, handled every detail, and always ensured we were comfortable. They even surprised us with lovely gifts, making our stay extra special. We felt cared for throughout the holiday; nothing we didn't like.

The staff's attitude towards guests was magnificent; the island itself is green, well-maintained, beautiful. The villas are beautiful, comfortable, clean. The main jewel of the hotel is the personnel: amazing care, willingness to do everything for a pleasant stay, unmatched among Maldivian hotels. Client Relations Manager Yulia and our Butler Sid are just magical, attentive, smart, kind, people who genuinely enjoy giving joy. No remark, even a slight dissatisfaction about a small thing, went unnoticed. And if there's a reason for celebration—birthday, anniversary—this is the best place! We received so much imagination, warmth, attention that we never got elsewhere. Thank you a hundred thousand times! The exquisite wine list with all‑inclusive was first of its kind. Above all praise! Sommelier was knowledgeable and attentive. Such management level in a hotel is admirable! Huge thanks, keep it up! There was none.
