They reached out the day before because my booked spot was no longer available, so we were moved to an apartment behind the Pisa hospital, a location that didn’t feel peaceful at all; the discount offered for the change was negligible and we had to pay in cash; the parking we thought we had reserved turned out to be just street parking; the apartment had just been painted, so there was a strong paint smell; the bathroom drained poorly; the radiators were on a fixed setting with no way to lower the temperature. I don’t think we’ll return.
