The Pousada would be a 10, comfortable, very clean, spacious rooms, decent coffee that meets needs, good location, but it doesn’t hit a 10 because of the shower! The Pousada would be a 10, yet you can’t help feeling stressed when showering! Room 3 (just above the reception) should never be chosen if you don’t want to stress over the shower because you can’t regulate the water (hot and cold); we asked for help and they responded promptly but didn’t fix it. The worst part is that if you look at the review history you’ll see everyone complains the same thing. Isn’t it time to fix that?
