I loved the location and the room was nicely sized and well kept overall. The self‑check‑in was simple, and booking breakfast via WhatsApp worked fine, even though there were some time limits and a few misunderstandings. The only downside was that the double room wasn’t huge, but it was still nicely furnished and equipped.

“Good clean guest house in a convenient location”

The place sits conveniently close to the station on one of Rome’s main roads and is a 20‑minute walk to the Colosseum, Trevi, and other sights. The room was basic but spotlessly clean and came with tea and coffee facilities. It offered great value for money compared to typical Rome rates.

“Amazing location, even better host!”

The room was beautiful and the host was exceptionally kind and helpful. The location is fantastic—there’s a metro nearby, but everything is within walking distance. Breakfast was delicious, and on our last day we left at 5 am and the host had already packed sandwiches for the journey. It was an amazing stay!

The room was roomy and comfortable, though it’s on the fifth floor and only one small elevator serves the building.
