If we hadn’t had to climb two flights of stairs because there was no elevator, everything would have been perfect.

The little balcony is definitely a plus. The air‑conditioning works well, the room is cleaned daily, and parking is available in the front lot. The staff are very helpful and responded quickly to small issues. Breakfast at the bar is good, with decent products. The only negatives are the stairs to reach the room, the room being a bit small, and the wifi being “slow.”

The location is central, the place is welcoming, clean, and functional, and the host gave very useful information and attentiveness. The room facing the street is sensitive to evening and nighttime noises, so the soundproofing is lacking.

We were deeply impressed by our host who proved to be responsive and welcoming, even with a late booking. The accommodation is only suitable for mobile people; there are stairs to reach the room, which is probably mentioned in the description, but I note it here because of the several steps.

Breakfast was excellent, and we could choose between the in‑house partner bar or another nearby one, both equally well stocked. The B&B’s location is ideal: convenient parking, very close to the center. Max was a “super host”, always present and very helpful. One of the air‑conditioners started acting up upon arrival, but Max fixed it promptly.
