The private parking and the spacious room with good quality bedding were highlights. However, there was no handheld showerhead with a flexible hose, which would have been more practical, the breakfast was only just acceptable for a four‑star property, and the gym and massage facilities were still not operational.

“Soggiorno molto piacevole, qualità e comfort al top!”

We spent a fantastic stay at this hotel in Tunisia and are very satisfied with our choice. From the moment we arrived, the staff stood out with exceptional friendliness and thoughtful care, always eager to give useful advice and suggestions to explore the area and enjoy a worry‑free trip. The property deserves top marks for its services as well. The room was spacious, well‑maintained, and featured a large, very comfortable bed. Housekeeping was excellent. The international breakfast was simply spectacular, offering a wide range of dishes, including local specialties, fresh and delicious options. Everything was available. It was a fantastic experience that I recommend wholeheartedly to anyone visiting Tunis. I’m not sure if I’ll ever return to Tunisia again, but if I do, I’ll definitely come back here. Highly recommended.

A sincere smile, high respect, and constant readiness to serve the guest. Cleanliness is on par with expectations, and the food and breakfast show quality, variety, and a clear attention to detail. The location is exceptional—right in the capital, facing Al‑Fath Mosque, and close to everything a visitor needs. A place that blends comfort, prestige, and easy access. The truth is that there are many hotels, but *few make you leave feeling you were more than just a number in the booking system*. “Mala organización”

The rooms were large and new, but the organization was poor. Rooms were left unfinished and they wouldn’t clean them when asked; we were forced to change rooms for no reason (they called it “serious” in English).
