The spot was nice—just 3 minutes to the transport stop and the station—but the bedding was terrible, worn out with an unpleasant chemical scent, and the gray curtains were dusty and stiff, which was awful.

The place had a fantastic location, clean toilets and showers, cozy rooms, and friendly staff, yet the walls were thin and you could hear all the hallway noise.

Мені сподобалось, що персонал швидко відреагував на наші претензії. І сподобалось, що поселення безконтактне. Недостатньо меблів. Не працюють кондиціонери, в пультах і в годинниках сіли батарейки. Помешканням не опікуються, як чимось важливим. І , більш того, диспетчер, не знає, що там ж, чого немає. На наші скарги, нам довезли через годину посуд та обігрівачі. Ті, хто керують, сказали, що ми перші з такими претензіями, і вони не знали, що в номерах, які без шкафів навіть цвяшкв немає, щоб повісити одяг. Люди,не мовчіть,якщо вам не зручно. Розташування супер! Сподіваюсь, що недоліки усунуть, і все буде супер! Дякую за швидку реакцію на наші скарги, це було пріємно, що швидко відреагували і що змогли о 21.00 зробити, зробили😊
