The location was fantastic and communication was very smooth; everything was within walking distance, like the supermarket and Chinatown. The shower was too low for us (we’re 1.75 m tall) and the lock on the door was difficult to operate when we arrived.

Nothing noteworthy, except that they kindly provided bottled water. The location was the only thing that kept me from losing my temper. I definitely won’t stay here again. It felt criminal to subject guests to what they did. First, there’s no front desk, so you must scan a QR code and use a separate app to chat with someone who will ask you to upload a picture of your passport (a digital submission on a secondary app is already sketchy) before you can even receive a security code to enter. If you have a lot of luggage, are injured, or the weather is bad, good luck. There’s no safe place to leave luggage before check‑in—just a small spot between a wall and a door past the elevator. The first‑floor room with the shared bathroom was scorching hot, and the only appliance there was a fan blowing hot air! We had to move to the second‑floor room we booked and share the floor with a friend. The bathroom also smelled of urine and other nasty odors. I felt like I was being punished in a nightmare scenario and became physically ill, especially since no one was there in person to manage things.

The location is good, close to Yaowarat and Song Wat Road, with high privacy. Check‑in and check‑out are self‑service and available at any time. The bathroom smells stale, so you have to keep the tap running to ventilate. The toilet area leaks and has stains.

Honestly, not much. The room had a door that let in a lot of light, and the shared shower room was next to ours, so we could hear people’s needs. The ventilation vent in our room caused a lot of humidity—overall a disaster. Don’t stay in room 807.
