The room was spotless and had a pleasant scent. I never met the staff in person, but we chatted over the phone and they gave me directions for picking up the key. The bathroom was clean, yet the drain in the sink and shower gave off a bad smell when water ran. The TV remote’s battery was dead.

The location was spot‑on, right next to the old town, bus and train stations, and the Green Market. The room was compact but exactly what we needed; the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was good too. We also had access to a shared balcony. Checking in was simple via a lockbox, and the owners communicated very well.

The place is in a great spot. The downside is that it’s right next to St. James’ Church.
