No wish is left unfulfilled here; the hotel’s location is unique. The rooms with lake views are stunning, the breakfast is excellent, and the staff are exceptionally friendly. I keep coming back – this family‑run hotel is, for me, among the best ever. Everything is perfect, no complaints at all.

Breakfast was outstanding, very varied with different rolls, bread selections, muesli, fruit, fruit pieces, yogurt, juices, a range of cheeses and sausages, plus spicy items like cherry pepper with quark filling, pickled pepper pieces, eggs, scrambled eggs, and sausages – essentially a brunch. It was great to be right by the Bodensee, with a view from the breakfast room. Near the house, there were two rowing boats and SUPs with oars available at any time. A double hammock with a lake view is highly recommended. The room was very clean, the bathroom modern with a large walk‑in shower, and the small fridge/minibar was very handy. The side view from the balcony toward the lake was pleasing. The room was a bit small, there was no air conditioning, and hooks for coats would have been useful.

Our stay at Bodensee was simply beautiful! The small hotel is incredibly sweet and lovingly decorated. The dreamy view was especially impressive – perfect for unwinding and enjoying. Breakfast was a real highlight: a wide selection, everything fresh and prepared with a lot of heart. Even Secco from Bodensee was available – no wish was left unfulfilled. That’s exactly how you want to start the day! We felt completely comfortable and will definitely return. Absolutely recommended! :-)
