We were not impressed with the hotel at all. It was old, unlike the photos, with a very old bed and wardrobe, and dust that dirtied our clothes; there were also cockroaches in the room. I had booked under the assumption that breakfast would be included, but there was none for three days. They also didn’t honour the app price, charging me 600 EGP extra. Worst experience ever; please investigate this property because they’re not good at dealing with guests and didn’t stick to the app price. I had to settle for their rate because I didn’t find an alternative.

The reception was respectful, but the place was worn out. The room and its contents were in bad shape, the sheets were cigarette‑stained and dirty with many spots, and the bathrooms were filthy and infested with insects.

The location is excellent in a historic building, the place is comfortable and good value for money; the room is air‑conditioned, has a TV, and an en‑suite bathroom.

The entire place was infested with insects and mold, utterly unclean, and you’ll have to cancel your booking on Booking.
