The room was badly designed, had to stop down to avoid banging our heads and the tea‑making area was in an awkward place.

“Highly recommend this apartment but also the complete building. High end at reasonable price.”

We’ve stayed several times in this building. Always spotless. Great location. This time we were on the top floor again, which is fine for us but perhaps too many stairs for some. Previously stayed on ground level, which was fantastic. Nothing to fault really.

The Provident Suite’s sloping ceilings are a real hazard; I bumped my head several times, so you need to watch where you’re going. On the upside, the bed felt like home—much better than the usual uncomfortable holiday mattresses.

This place has a fantastic spot, with beautifully presented suites that look out over the harbour - it's a real treat. The views are stunning and the rooms are nicely done. No complaints here, it's a great choice if you're looking for a convenient and comfortable stay.

“Very nice room with good views. If re-booking we would choose an apartment on the floor below”

The location was spot on, but there were a few things that could've made our stay better. A kettle in the room would've been a nice touch, and a bigger fridge would've been useful. We also struggled to get a decent internet connection, and it took us a while to find some rubbish bags in the kitchen. Still, the location made up for it.
