I skipped breakfast, but coffee and muffins were on hand; manager Pravin was friendly and helpful, and the property itself was solid. The motel sits far from downtown C‑U, so a car is essential, but I still recommend it. The room felt too utilitarian—more photos or décor would help—but it was clean and functional.

The rooms (207 & 208) had a faint dusty odor, yet overall the stay was comfortable. Breakfast was adequate, though a waffle mix and maker would have been a nice addition for those who like a warm snack with coffee or tea.
