“kind personal service”
I liked having a kettle for a warm drink, extra bedding, a warm shower, and a clean fridge that kept food cold; the room was tidy, the bathroom was clean, the layout practical, the service friendly, and the price matched what was offered.
It was safe and comfortable. I booked a room that covers 4 adults, which was accepted during bookings, but suddenly, at my arrival, I was requested to split and pay another room which I didn't have any choice but to pay on the spot and be safe. They need to make bookings clear and understandable than surprises. Also, water problems. That one is a serious issue. We had to go to work without talking any bath. That was uncomfortable.
The staff were friendly, but the noise level was high.
The place offered parking, but some of the blankets were not up to standard.
