The location. They have no room services for late night Nothing provided in the bathroom, no bottle of water provided and had to buy them

Very convenient location. Lifts often a bit crowded and a bit of a wait and the lift panel is a bit confusing to use at first

Great location near the metro and bus stop. Comfy bed and shower. Automatic blackout blinds. Small room (but not unusual for Hong Kong). Breakfast was expensive and average
