The only good thing was the sea view. The experience was truly bad. When we arrived, the room was still dirty and we had to wait several hours for someone to clean it. The “cleaning” lasted just 10 minutes, and they claimed the room was fine after that. In the end, we had to clean it ourselves. During the three nights, no one ever came to refresh the room or change the towels. Dust everywhere, bad smells, and a general lack of hygiene and care. The place looked run‑down, dirty, stinky, and completely neglected. Considering the price we paid, we expected a very different service and condition. Unfortunately, we can’t recommend it.

Great for business trips to the hospital or for people who need to stay locally for a few days. The B&B is very nice, welcoming, and clean, with a double bed and a fully equipped bathroom. The owners are very kind and helpful; they leave a bottle of water and a box of coffee pods, tea bags, crackers, and snacks on the desk. If I’d found this last year, I’d have booked it a year in advance. Overall, I’m very satisfied and definitely recommend it. The only downside is the rudeness of some people. For smokers, please close the balcony door when you smoke outside, otherwise the smoke drifts into the kitchen. And if you find water bottles in the kitchen fridge, they’re from a tenant, not the host; the host’s bottles are in your rooms.

The accommodation was very complete and comfortable. The person coordinating the arrival was very friendly and responded quickly; I was able to check in before the designated time. It has a kitchen and a washing machine. My mother had a medical emergency in the early morning, and I could go to the hospital, which is a 10‑minute walk away. You can walk to the center of Reggio, though there is also a nearby bus stop. Getting to and from the train station is very easy.
