We were really looking forward to the spa area, but when we checked in, we found out it had been closed for 2 years - yet it was still listed on their website. Everything else was clean and nice, but that was a huge letdown for us since the spa was a major reason we chose this resort.

The beach was right at our doorstep, which was amazing. However, the private pool wasn't what we expected.

Unfortunately, the breakfast selection had taken a hit since my last visit - it was pretty basic and not very impressive. I remember there being a much wider variety of food options before.

The breakfast was a highlight - lots of great options, fresh food and drinks, and a cool chapati station and fresh juice option. I also loved the warm welcome with flowers and coconut drinks, and having a private beach was a lifesaver during Eid. However, the price was way too high, and I felt ripped off with a 100% markup on the room rate compared to their Facebook prices.
