The staff were excellent and the room was large and comfortable, but there was no hair dryer in the room—only one in the hotel that you have to request each time you need it. They also didn’t provide face towels for every guest in the room.

The room was clean and comfortable, but there was no shampoo and they didn’t change the towels.
