Great location in town, friendly and helpful staff, spacious, modern and comfortable rooms, an enclosed shower that doesn't get the whole bathroom wet, and a rooftop swimming pool and bar, what more could you ask for?

The location makes it easy to travel to Galleface, Fort, Bambalapitiya, and Wellawatte, but the area is plagued by scammers posing as three‑wheel drivers, and we had a few run‑ins with them while staying here; the porters were a bit unprofessional, shouting loudly in the corridors and coming and going without a set routine, and the restaurant’s food quality fell short of what you’d expect from a well‑established hotel that’s been around for decades.

The hotel sits on the main road with great access to nearby restaurants and supermarkets, and hailing a cab is a breeze; the staff are polite and attentive, yet the room felt a bit smaller than I had anticipated.
