“Property needs a major rehaul.”
Good location and price. The property’s physical condition is poor: only one working elevator, all furniture, floors, and bathrooms are in bad shape. The hallways and breakfast area are also not in great shape.
“Won’t stay here again.”
The hotel sits close to the university, but the single elevator is slow and only one is available.
The property is near the interstate, but the BONVOY TV system offers very limited viewing, especially for sports.
“Great stay, staff exceptional”
Close to the interstate.
“Both locations for Hamptons Inns in Harrisonburg are in bad need of updating. Very disappointed in these properties.”
The location is convenient, yet the room is in need of a serious update—it's shabby, missing a clock, lacking a lamp on the desk, and the refrigerator door is broken.
